Saige-Fibrotec pultrusion process produces high-quality products suitable for many applications. The process and the tooling can be adapted to produce any type of structural component with a constant cross section, making it possible to obtain whatever technical specifications may be required in the component.

Saige-Fibrotec provides the detail design of these components, calculating the stresses in the material using different computer tools that are widely used in the engineering field.

Saige-Fibrotec can produce structural prototypes in fiberglass-reinforced polyester, managing the material testing necessary to obtain the final certification of the new design at approved centers.
