1. Are all shapes posted on the website available?

Yes. All shapes posted on our website are available. 

2. What happens if the shape I need is not available on your website?

You can send us the specification of the shape and the drawing of the mould. We can help you to get a brand new mould to make the profile. However, if you do not have the drawing of the mould but only the specification of the shape, we are still able to help you to design the mould.  

3. How long it will take to get a new mould and how much will it cost?

Both the time and cost really depend on how complex the mould is. Complex moulds take much longer time and more expensive to make than simple ones. Generally, it takes up to one month to get the mould.
